To place a bid, simply navigate to the vehicle listing, enter your maximum bid amount, and confirm. Our system will automatically bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid, ensuring you get the best possible price without constantly monitoring the auction.
The buyer's fee is 5% of the final hammer price, with a minimum fee of $500. This fee covers vehicle processing, documentation, and platform maintenance. All fees are clearly displayed before you place your bid.
Bids are generally binding. However, if you placed a bid in error, contact our support team immediately. We may be able to retract the bid if the request is made within 1 hour of placement and no other bids have been placed.
Create a seller account, complete the vehicle listing form with details and photos, set your reserve price, and submit for verification. Once approved, your vehicle will be featured in our upcoming auctions with access to thousands of active bidders.
We charge a 5% commission on the final sale price only if your vehicle sells. There are no listing fees, upfront costs, or hidden charges. Our success-based fee structure ensures we're motivated to get you the best possible price.
A reserve price is the minimum price you're willing to accept for your vehicle. If bidding doesn't reach this amount, you're not obligated to sell. Reserve prices are confidential and only visible to you.
We accept wire transfers, certified checks, and all major credit cards. Full payment is required within 48 hours of auction close. All transactions are processed through our secure escrow system for your protection.
After payment confirmation, you can schedule vehicle pickup through our logistics partners. We work with reputable transport companies nationwide and can assist with shipping quotes and arrangements.
Sellers receive payment within 3-5 business days after the buyer takes possession of the vehicle and confirms satisfactory condition. We use secure escrow services to protect both buyers and sellers.
